Steelers' Parker named AFC offensive player of the week.

<!-- end story_image_box_size_1 -->The NFL today named Willie Parker as the AFC offensive player of the week. Parker ran for 138 yards and a career-high three touchdowns in the Steelers 38-17 victory against Houston Sunday.

Fast William Parker is a Godsend.
The boy has the heart of champion. Shuts doubters up over and over and over, Willie is so awesome. IMHO him working on his weakness's in teh offseason( Footwork, Moves, Strength Training) and having a back with great vision on the practice field with him in mendenhall, can only serve as a huge benefit. Willie is learnin a few things from Mendy and Vice versa. Thats what happens when talent is around talent... give and take type deal.

Great news Willie, your running hard and running strong and our one of my Favorite players ever! YOU DA MAN!

Think about it guys....

What a FIND this guy has been!

He is getting better as a pro running back with each game I watch him play....he can carry the load on any given Sunday.....and he is FAST!!

Keep it up Willie.....how about a repeat AFC offensive player of the week performance on Sunday night!!
