Late next week I'm making a northerly trek to visit my son in Hoboken...will be there on Sunday for the game. We'll be watching it at Texas Arizona, 76 River Street, Hoboken. I've been there in the past for a game or two and they get a major turnout. If any of you show up, the first (and maybe even the second) beer is on me.

It feels almost like being in a section of Heinz field...
Aries was talking about heading up that way for a game later in the season... but maybe we can see about gathering next week.

I believe that is the bar Mr. Steeler used to hang at. I've been there a couple times. wall to wall Steelers fans. You better be there really really early if you want a seat.

It'd be great to see the 2 of you. You and I actually met a number of years ago in Pitt. at one of the SN get togethers organized by hicks...If I recall correctly, it was at Hooters...didn't get to talk to you, just a "Hi" and a handshake.
Aries met me and my son at the Jets game last year...very interesting guy...
Anyway, keep me posted if you are interested.

Thats funny. Same with me. I live like 15 minutes away but never took the trip over there for a Steelers game. Mostly due to having DirectTV.
But if some of you are going to TA for this game, maybe I will head over.

One of the people I know from my group at Bar-A was talking about going up & I've never been there so I'd be up for it. I've heard you have to get there REAL early though. I'm on the Shore, what's easier, train or drive?
As I recall, the trains (path, light rail) station is nearby... within 1 or 2 blocks. Depends on the train schedule I get.
Seats would definitely be at a premium there. I went for a night game there and it was SRO. If it's nice out like today, the glass doors to outside will probably be open.
I know I wouldn't be able to make it there early... but I would definitely make it for kickoff. Somebody else would need to secure seating.

Got driving directions. A little over an hour to drive, 90 mins at best, a little over 2 hrs. by train. Shit, even to go to NY it's under 90 mins. WTF?

How far is it from south dakota? I can drink a lot. May be worth the drive....
