Current forecasts suggest it might be very cold and windy this weekend in Foxboro. Could make things very interesting.

I hope it snows 45 feet, followed by an immediate warm up that brings 2 inches of rain, only to have afternoon temps the following day dip down to -12.

A warm weather team playing in Foxboro should be an automatic win for the Pats but I said the same thing when domed team Colts went up there and whipped their butts. :D

The Chargers should pray for a blizzard, that way they will only lose by 21 points.

You just never know. Most expected the Colts to whip the Chargers.

Now you're talking....I'll throw in Welker&Moss slip on the ice during warm ups and break both their legs.

..i've come to conclude i really hate the ***'s and their demise in any, way, shape or form(preferably in a fire) will send waves of euphoria that will rival winning a Superbowl.

As Jimmy Johnson said one time "We're not the Oilers". The pats* aren't the Colts. I will be shocked if they even stay within 14 points by the second quarter. Remember Norv Turner is the coach and Philip Rivers is the QB or Billy Volek (sp). They have NO chance.

I want the Pats to win because I think in the super bowl GB can give them a game (if GB doesnt blow it this weekend)!

Wind shouldn't effect short passes tha much. Get used to the idea of seeing the Pats hoist another Lombardi.

I hope there is lightning to go along with this game.

That's not just a picture of hate....it's more like a Fathead. Rival winning an lwobrepuS? Man.

The Bolts will take away the short stuff and force Tommy to make the long throws which will be ripe for an int in the wind. I like it.

Similar things were said about the 1980 US Hockey team. Or about Buster Douglas against Mike Tyson. Or about the 2005 Steelers in the playoffs. Or if there was internet when David fought Goliath even?? Haha come on man the Patriots, no matter how unlikely it would be, can lose on any given day now. This is professional football, not Ohio State vs YSU, or as Coach Tomlin puts it, "Appalachian State -vs- Michigan."

It would be easier on everyone if they just gave the Trophy to the Pats now. If half of the Pats offense is involved in a car pileup otw to the game, the chargers *might* stand a chance.

I will cheer for the Chargers this weekend, but I know it is a lost cause.

To heck with Foxboro. The Patriots aren't fazed by much of anything, let alone the weather.

It'll likely be even colder in Green Bay. I hope those road warrior Giants can handle it...

Did all those teams have their star RB and QB hurt?

The forecast in Green Bay is worse. 10 degrees for the HIGH with a wind chill below zero

I'm pretty much convinced that Brady will be the first to hoist 5 lombardi's, and probably 6.

Cheatriots are prime for a let down. But when it's for all the marbles? I just don't know what to expect. I hate them with all my heart. I will root for Green Bay to mow them over if they play in the Super Bowl. I will pray for Phil Rivers to be visited by god himself as he tries to play his best against the New England Cheatriots.

I see no hope for Philip Rivers, wtf are they doing there?

Hate to bring this up, but San Diego has a successful history of playing in AFCCG's with strange weather...

Looks like the wind has been pushed back to Sunday. If this holds up, it would be awesome. A local channel has it....10 degrees as a high, wind chills to -20.

WOW, that would be reminiscent of the Chargers-Cincy Championship game in 1982 when an incredible cold front was all over the northeast,
