Good time for a Thursday Game

Normally I'd hate playing a Thursday night game but I think this is the perfect week to have it, injuries aside.

This team needs to get right back on the field and they'll still have Sundays game fresh on their minds.

I'd expect the Steelers to come out for this game like a bear with a sore ass and tear the Rams up but I'll be happy if we just win.

My wife worked for the USFL (Houston Gamblers) for two years.

She didn't make much money, and not many people attended the games or watched on TV. Then, of course, the league folded.

Despite their perfect record, the Patriots have slipped a couple of notches the past few weeks. And I think they've benefitted by the overall mediocrity of the league this year.

Posts that say "it was only" and "somebody else may have done it" are nothing but cop outs. What do you mean "Whether he cheated or not"? You better believe he cheated and was fined and lost a draft pick.... so yea, he cheated.

Also all that other stuff is excuses. "somebody may have cheated" boo hoo... "Why did I get caught" boo hoo...

Have you ever played football? Knowing where and when blitzes are coming and what the other offense is going to do is like knowing someone hand in poker. This was systematic cheating that built a file so worrisome to the commish that he had to burn it before anyone else saw it.
