Ok say, say we eek our way in and play the Jags, how does this all work out that I get to see the Steelers play in Jacksonville, or does it? Does anyone have the list of scenarios?

And who is all going to go if that happens?

I might be wrong....but I think if the Steelers win the North....and have to play Jville...they would come to Pitt to play. Indy is gonna win that division, so the best that Jville will get is a wildcard.

correct me if I am wrong...

Don't worry about it, I can't see us winning our division right now. I see us dropping at least one. Maybe making it in as a wild card. But either way this team isn't playing good enough to get past the divisional round, maybe not even past the wild card game. It is killing me!!!

First round of the playoffs is always played in the divisional winner's house.
Second round of the playoffs is always played in the other divisional winner's house (IE, the 1/2 seed's.)
Third round is the only place, other than the first round, we can possibly have a home game (only if we play the other wild card team, or, if we get the third seed, the chargers.

Seeds 1-4 are reserved for divisional winners. Seeds 5-6 are for WC berths. In any playoff matchup other than the super bowl the higher seed always gets HFA.

You can see the Steelers play in Jacksonville if and only if:

1) Pittsburgh finishes with the wild card and 6 seed and beats San Diego in round 1.
2) Jacksonville beats Cleveland in the first round.
3) Pittsburgh beats the Patriots in the second round.
4) Jacksonville beats Indianapolis in round 2.
5) Pittsburgh and Jacksonville meet in the AFCC Game.

Or you can wait until next season!:(
