Overall, not bad.
I hope it doesn't fall the way this mock falls in the first but if it did... what can you do. I address need and not best talent on the board.
1. Baker (But I'm pizzed that Williams isn't on the board)
2. Red Bryant
3. John Sullivan
The rest I leave to Superman, TMC and all the people who really know what they're talking about.

Never clump me in the same category as that hack and waste of jizz, TMC. He wishes he has my mental absurdity.

Heath Benedict, either the 3rd or 4th best OG prospect (IMO the best for us) isn't in that mock.
http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/heath-benedict?id=192
Has the strength, speed, quickness, body control and change-of-direction agility to mirror defenders in pass protection and has an explosive burst off the snap...Shows very good sustained speed to get into the second level and has exceptional acceleration for a lineman...Despite his massive frame, he is very athletic, showing good muscle tone and a thick upper body...Shows the mental awareness to pick things up quickly and it is easy for him to learn and retain...Has good awareness adjusting to the blitz and has developed into a very "technique oriented" type of blocker, evident by his stellar blocking consistency grades as a junior...Demonstrates very good toughness and aggressiveness, showing a combative nature with his hands while being conscious of keeping his feet in order to mirror his opponent throughout the play...Plays with the nasty attitude reminiscent to his days as a defensive lineman...Consistently lets loose in the trenches and is a tough character that will play through pain...Will go after other defenders once his man is down and plays with good intensity, putting great demands on himself...etc, etc, etc.

Chilo Rachal will be long gone before the second round is over. Some drafts have him in the bottom of the 1st.

you might check round 3...
1-James Hardy, WR, Indiana-Hardy did not top 6'6" at the combine, but he did run a 4.47 forty. What interested me the most was I was watching the drills and kept waiting on one of the WRs to step up, be tall and big and run like a tall and big guy.....Hardy does not do that. He is exceptionally fluid for a taller WR, almost Randy Moss like in his movements. Now, I am not stating he will be Randy Moss, but he was fluid and smooth like Moss.....he also plucked the ball out of the air with his hands.
2-Red Bryant, DL, Texas A&M-he has drawn comparisons to Casey Hampton and one GM stated he thought he had better tools than Hampton when Hampton came out. I cannot pass on a future Hampton if he is in the 2nd round. Sorry, that is a plugger in the middle that can make ANY defense go.
3-Chilo Rachal, OG, USC-IMO, the best lineman on the board at this time and potentially the best prospect. IMO, unless we land a top flight center, then we will go with the Smith/Starks/Colon/Simmons as 4 of our 5 with the 5th position open to competition between Kemo, Rachal, and Mahan.
4-DaJuan Morgan, S, NC State-I considered Schmitt here, but Morgan is probably the 2nd best FS in this draft. I take Morgan and move Anthony Smith to SS behind Polamalu.
5-Kirk Barton, OT, OSU-probably more of a RT than a left, but a lot of what we draft will depend on what happens in 2 weeks with Starks.
6-Adrian Arrington, WR, Michigan-a bigger WR that fell because of his 40-time. He is acrobatic and can catch. I would much rather have a slower guy that can catch than a fast guy that can't.
There are only 3 tackles I would take in the first round right now and they are Long, Clady, and Williams. Now, I may trade down, but if forced to make the pick, I take the BPA and I think that Hardy will have a greater impact over his career. I still wanted to get a tackle in the 2nd, but when Red Bryant was there, I could not pass a guy being compared to Casey. Our defense changed for the better after we drafted him. IMO, Bryant is a borderline 1st rounder and will probably end up jumping a lot of other DTs.
1. Malcolm Kelly (could go Dan Connor or Sam Baker)
2. Mike Pollack
3. Kendell Langford (if we don't take Kelly in 1, could go Bowman or Nelson)
4. Chilo Rachal
5. Jeremy Silva
6. Jeremy Zuttah

I don't really care for how this draft fell, but I would be pretty happy with these picks.
1. Calais Cambell (http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/calais-campbell?id=744), DE Miami - 6'8" 282
I think our need at OL is huge, but our need at DE needs to be addressed with a great single player where our needs at OL are across the board. There also wasn't anyone at OL I thought was worthy of the pick, so I moved on to our End need. I pick up a solid, athletic, and monsterous DE in the first who looks a little lean for a 3-4 end, but definately looks like he can add some pounds and be an immediate upgrade over Keisel, who could then backup both end positions.
2. Mike Pollack (http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/mike-pollak?id=294), OC Arizona St - 6'4" 299
Pollack at Center is a no brainer. I could wait another round and address center, and still find some good value here at other positions, but Pollack has really stood out coming into the combine and I want him so I get him. Also, this is our single biggest need on the offensive front and therefore the place where we can make the biggest impact.
3. John Greco (http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/john-greco?id=238), OT Toledo - 6'5 320
I consider Mahan a guard, as do I consider Colon. That said, with Center addressed I feel that depth at tackle is now the priority, while we don't have a single standout guard, I can't justify taking a mid-round guard when there is such a hole at tackle. Greco probably won't start anywhere next year, and he's a little raw, but he's a local kid (Youngstown) and smart and a hard worker. He has the tools to be a staple at RT for a long time. Probably not a LT, but there's always next year assuming we retain Starks or Smith can return to form.
4. Owen Schmitt (http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/owen-schmitt?id=312), FB West Virginia - 6'2" 250
Schmitt is a guy I wanted from the get-go, not only because we desperately need a blocking fullback, but because he looks like a fullback in the mold of a Mike Alstott, and can do all the things that Carey Davis was "supposed to do." I feel this is a can't miss pick, he's local, he looks and plays like a Steeler. I want him on my team.
5. Colt Brennan (http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/colt-brennan?id=196), QB Hawaii - 6'3" 205
I didn't have anything I liked at this spot in the draft, and while Brennan looked bad at the Senior bowl, he supposedly looked alot better at the combine. There was talk that he had a stomach flu during the Senior Bowl that attributed to his scrawny look as well as his lack-luster arm strength. This could be a Tom Brady type pick up, someone that was underrated coming out of college despite playing well during his academic days. He could also be exactly what he looked at at the Senior Bowl. Regardless, I think he has excellent value here. Considering we need someone to groom behind Ben, and Lepew is just about useless, I see him making the team, and that's all I'll ask of a 5th rounder anymore.
6. Darnell Terrell (http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/darnell-terrell?id=1304), CB Missouri - 6'2 200
I'm a Mizzou fan, and I like tall corners. He has good value here and you can never have too many corners. He also has terrific speed which is something our corners, outside of Ike, are lacking. Deshea will be done soon and while we have Gay and McFadden waiting (and playing well), having options and depth is never a bad thing. May also be able to play Free Safety.

Draft Tek has this kid as the last pick in the draft. The combine says he's a Bettis clone. What caught my eye is that he gets the tough yards and scores close in - "Felton is a devastating scorer when near the goal line".
Worth a 6th or FA signing?

Jerome Felton (FB)
• Height: 6'0"
• Weight: 246
• College: Furman
Analysis
Positives: Has a compact frame, with a well-defined upper body, muscular trapezoids, chest and arms, tight waist and hips, thick arms, thighs and calves and an overall strong physique with minimal (8.1%) body fat...Quite nimble for a player of his size, showing fluid change of direction skills as a runner, and shows good arm extension going for the ball as a pass catcher...Has good quickness, feet and balance for his position...Has a sudden burst going up the middle and natural acceleration past the line of scrimmage... His balance allows him to keep his feet after initial contact and his leg drive sees him consistently push past the pile and make upfield cuts that will generally see the tackler miss...The thing you see on film is his ability to make sharp cuts when the rush lane is clogged...Picks up stunts and blitzes quickly when blocking in the backfield and has no problems digesting a complicated playbook, as he has played a variety of positions for Furman...Has a very good feel for the creases and cutback lanes, showing vision and urgency getting through trash...Has a determined nature attacking the rush lanes and while he could use a little technique refinement as a drive blocker, he has a take no prisoners approach when asked to block in pass protection...Demonstrates the ability to quickly gain advantage into the crease, showing the suddenness to make the initial tackler miss...Has the pad level to stay square through his runs and shows a fluid step on his lateral movement...One of the things that set him apart from other big backs is his ability to stay low in his pads, which allows him to generate leg drive needed to run through small seams...Sudden out of his stance and hits the holes with power consistently to clear the line of scrimmage...On 575 rushing attempts, he has been stopped for negative yardage just 15 times, totaling 22 yards in losses...Fluid strider who can accelerate to the second level and shows that pull away burst and top-end speed needed to beat the slower linebackers when operating in space... While he is more quick than fast, he shows good acceleration getting to the outside... Might not try to wiggle and shake off a defender, but with his balance and body control, he can make the sharp cuts, showing the vision to spot the cutback lanes without having to throttle down or gather...It is very rare to see him miss the cut back, as he will hit the holes, spin and bounce off tackles...If the rush lanes are clogged, he is quick to improvise, showing the instincts and vision to power his way through even the smallest of seams...Has very good inside running strength and quick feet to accelerate past trash... His vision allows for him to bounce off tackles, much like Jerome Bettis did in his prime... Is a load to bring down one-on-one and has that body lean that allows him to get good movement after the initial hit...Powerful runner inside who has the ability to carry tacklers on his back for additional yardage...Shows good field vision and is even stronger than his frame indicates...Runs at the proper pad level and is crisp making his cuts, showing balance and power to move the pile and get the tough inside yardage...Has outstanding power and balance after initial contact and has made a living out of being the best runner possible to carry the ball in goal-line or short-yardage situations (converted 93 goal-line runs for first downs during his career, including all 29 attempts in 2006)...Possesses good knee lift and bend to sidestep low tackles and consistently moves the pile while staying low in his pads... Bounces off arm tackles and when gang-tackled, ball protection is his top priority...With his upper body strength, when he carries the ball high and tight, defenders have problems trying to dislodge the ball from him...Prior to 2007, he needed to do a better job of staying on his blocks when leading through the hole and attempting to widen the rush lanes, but he refined his blocking technique as a senior, showing good hip snap as a blocker and a strong hand jolt to push the linebackers out of the lanes, coming up with 15 touchdown-resulting blocks in his final season.
Negatives: Has the speed and cutback agility to reach the edge and turn the corner, doing a nice job of bouncing outside when the rush lanes fail to appear, but needs to square his shoulders better as he will run too wide and end up out of bounds at times...More of a move-oriented runner who will lower his pads and secure the ball with both hands, using his knee lift to step over ankle tackles and generate power to move the pile rather than try to shake and bake his opponent...Needs to work on making crisper cuts and staying in his patterns better (tends to drift)...More comfortable catching underneath tosses, as he will struggle some to adjust to the ball in flight and track it over his outside shoulder.
Compares To: JEROME BETTIS-ex-Pittsburgh...Felton is much quicker than Bettis, but both display the powerful frame that allows them to break tackles and drag multiple defenders in attempts to gain additional yardage. Felton is a devastating scorer when near the goal line and has shown decent receiving skills out of the backfield. He might be a better fit in a one-back offense, but he has enough hip snap to play tailback and the upper body strength to play fullback, making him a valuable prospect due to his versatility.
