CINCINNATI -- A Cincinnati Bengals player who has frustrated his team with past traffic violations was back in court last week.
Henry
Wide receiver Chris Henry was ticketed for driving with expired Kentucky license plates. He appeared in Hamilton County Municipal Court and paid $149, according to court records.
NFL commissioner Roger Goodell suspended the 24-year-old for the first half of last season for repeatedly violating the league's conduct policy. Henry was arrested four times during a 14-month span.
After his last arrest, he pleaded guilty to letting minors drink alcohol in a hotel room he had rented. He served two days in jail.
The Bengals, who issued a statement expressing frustration with Henry when he was in traffic court a year ago for driving with a suspended license, were not aware of the latest ticket, a spokesman said.
A message for Henry's agent, Marvin Frazier, was not immediately returned Tuesday.

that second part about serving alcohol to minors is the second time he's gotten charged with that (if it's true)...violation of probation possibly??? if that's the case, his career is in jeopardy.

The way it reads he served two days for the hotel incident. He's a dumbass, no doubt. I just don't see how him getting a ticket for expired tags is a big deal. It's not like he slapped a bitch, at home or in public.
This guy has no concept of the law. He just does what he feels like doing.

The point is not that this is a big deal (it's not). Just that he's a dumbass (hence point and laugh).

It's dumbassery but without his temper problems he wouldn't have hit her. He was pissed off and didn't know of any other way to handle his anger. He was waay, way, way wrong. Henry is just plain stupid because he thought about his issue and still didn't get it fixed that's plain dumbassery.

Not justifying in any way, shape or form. I'm saying the guy has a problem and needs help with his anger management. His actions weren't thought out before he did them. Henry thought his issue and still made a bad choice. A dumbass choice. Hitting a woman is never okay, or anyone really. The guy lost control though and was so pissed off he didn't even realize what he was doing. He's lucky to be getting the counselling now before he did something even worse.

Big difference is the fact Henry still remains on the Bungles roster. It's not right that he is still allowed to play in the NFL. Bungles could have easily resolved this though and cut him out right. Wilson now has plenty of time to focus on his anger management because the Steelers did the right thing and cut him.

CINCINNATI -- Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry has been accused of punching an 18-year-old man in the face and breaking his car window with a beer bottle, according to court documents filed Wednesday.
Henry, 24, was charged with misdemeanor assault and criminal damaging in the Monday incident in Cincinnati. A warrant for his arrest was issued in Hamilton County Municipal Court.
The player has had a string of problems with police. He most recently was in court last week after being ticketed for driving with expired Kentucky license plates. He paid $149, according to the Hamilton County Municipal Court records.
Henry, who was arrested four times during a 14-month span, was suspended by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell for the first half of last season for repeatedly violating the league's conduct policy.
A message seeking comment was left late Wednesday for Henry's attorney, Robert Lotz.
Bengals spokesman Jack Brennan said the team is aware of the charges but declined comment.
The player's agent, Marvin Frazier, said Henry gave him a different version of events but declined to elaborate.
"I was told it didn't happen that way," Frazier said.
According to an affidavit filed in Hamilton County, Henry was identified by Gregory Meyer, whose hometown was not listed, and an eyewitness. The eyewitness claimed Henry punched Meyer, causing "visible injury." Henry then threw a beer bottle at Meyer's car, breaking the rear passenger window, according to the affidavit.
After his most recent arrest, Henry pleaded guilty to letting minors drink alcohol in a hotel room he had rented. He served two days in jail.
The Bengals issued a statement expressing frustration with Henry when he was in traffic court a year ago for driving with a suspended license.
Following his NFL suspension, Henry caught 21 passes for 343 yards and two touchdowns.

Sounds to me Henry just has some head problems too. So whats the difference?
Do something worse?! Cedrick Wilson's girlfrend held the police at bay for 11 hours with a gun.
Would you hang out with someone again who had stand off with the cops?
Its called horrible judgement. If you are living your life in a way that gets you into these kind of dramatic situations, you need to re evaluate. Immediately.
Many, many, many men have come through the NFL without any police records at all.
