I remember when the Steelers passed on Dan Marino. This was when Bradshaw was at the end of his career. They picked up Gabe Rivera (from New Mexico I think) who never played a down because he was ejected through the back window of his Nissan Z car. He was DUI and the tree won.

Somewhere I read that Marino was in the Hall of Fame.

That has to be the biggest draft day screw up in Steeler history.
