Is anyone elses CBS blacked out?? i live in central PA and my cbs doesnt work it is black and making weird sound

Don't know where you live in Central PA, but WHP is working for me. But they are showing the Ravens game. I'm watching it on WLYH, channel 15 out of Lebanon/Lancaster.
