did anyone listen to deshea on siruis? talking about how far timmons has come from last year to now. said he is the one guy hecouldnt wait to see on the field. said timmons could play both inside and outside, and we are all going to see this year why he was drafted number 1.

man i hope deshea can evaluate talent.

He may be biased because he's another safety but he said that Mundy is a super quick learner and already knows the defense so well that he makes all the calls in the secondary when he's on the field and hits all of his reads perfectly. Tyrone said that Mundy is mentally where he himself was after two years in the league. That's a pretty glowing review.

So you think Tyrone's opinion of himself is as lousy as yours? I highly doubt that he thinks he is a shitty player even though many fans do. I'd that is a pretty stellar compliment to admit that a rookie is two years ahead of where you were developmentally.

I missed Deshea but did hear some of Carter, he did say Mundy was a quick learner but also said he "played slow" but thinks once he gets use to the system that the quickness will come. The thing I don't like about sirius(and there is not much) is that they have a link on their page for interviews and they only post a few, I would have liked to hear Deshea. I am glad LT is opening eyes I do hope that continues into the season.
