Two cops as body guards? No wonder Ben's lawyer has the cujones to issue the statement he did. All he has to do is ask the bodyguards. Their testimony could end their careers as cops!

I think he did it and thats my opinion. I'll be the 1st one on here to say I was wrong if proven he didn't. I just have a hard time believing him when he has been accused of the same thing twice in 8 months. And I just don't buy the Ben is a target BS.
Right now I am just disgusted that our QB can't stay out of trouble.
I was thinking it was her parents who hired the lawyer after they read up on their daughter, who then dropped out of school and moved back home. The parents want revenge on Ben for their daughter coming back.

BTW your wife or any woman can accuse you of "sexual assault or battery". You can be squeaky clean but you'll have to get legal counsel and defend yourself even if you don't have a $102 million dollar football contract in your back pocket.
Funny I didn't know the cougar in Reno prevailed in her civil suit. Last I heard anything about that case Ben admitted to having "casual consensual sex". So does that mean a crime wasn't committed or when a single dude has "consensual sex" he has to fork over some dough? Oh right, prostitution is legal in Nevada.
Until the results of the local police, Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the DA are in this whole circus is nothing more than hopes, lies and bull[FILTH].

My wife told me today that someone who works with her who I know as well has a daughter that goes to the school and knows the girl and was actually at the bar the night it happened. She said that apparently even though the girl is a good student in school she is known for getting around. She also said she doesn't even know how he fit into the bathroom because it's only big enough for maybe 2 girls!!
And to think we cheered for Ben Roethlisberger for his leading the Steelers to two Super Bowl victories, we prayed for him when he was injured both on and off the field and we dressed our children and grandchildren in his #7 jersey.
Ben has become the punchline in sappy off color jokes.

Here's a question that I don't think has been asked --- do you think this incident might cause the NFL to shy away from spotlighting the Steelers? For example, prior to the incident it seemed fairly likely that the Steelers would open the 2010 season at New Orleans on Thursday night. Now I'm thinking it's much more likely we'll see Vikings at Saints. What do y'all think?

I know, really....you'd think if they had something "telling" they would have come out and said something. As more time passes, with the cops looking and looking at more stuff--trying to find something, this has got to favor Ben.

Got to TMZ for the updates. Her sorority sisters are all taking down their facebook pages. They probably show this underage girl partying and hanging on guys. That, plus the fact that two cops were part of Ben's entourage (they were sober that night), makes the case lean a lot more towards Ben. If security cameras never show Ben anywhere near the entrance to the girl's bathroom, he is in the clear.
