I think the Sorority sister's took down their pages so people cannot track down the sole Sorority sister that took her's down, her being the accuser. If they are all down, it is tougher to determine the identity.

I can state this, my older brother's 2nd Ex-wife was as crazy as they come. I mean, she was a damn loon. We spent the whole day working one day, she was mad at him for something, we get to his house and there are two deputies waiting in his driveway to arrest him for CDV. She had the black eye to prove it.

He was with me when she stated the incident happened. We were no where near her house. I cannot tell you how many times I, my father, or the police were called by her stating he was physically and mentally abusing her. There were MANY times where she would call my father and tell him, he would call me, and my brother was with me. She called me one time at midnight stating he turned the power off to the house and was running around the house scaring her and the kids. I went over, turned the circuit breaker on, and called him on his cell phone. He was 50 miles away.

Does that mean Ben's accuser is crazy? Nope. But, none of us know her. The best thing to do is let the facts come out.

And in this regard, the KDKA Investigators have learned that Roethlisberger told both police and others in his party that he did not have sexual intercourse with the young woman.

Sources say Roethlisberger concedes that he did have contact with the woman that was not consummated and that afterward the woman slipped and fell, injuring her head.

It's an event that could be a problem for his defense since the woman immediately went to a local hospital and alleged that she was sexually assaulted.

"With sexual assault cases, the question becomes, 'If it's not true, what is the motive and why isn't it true?,'" Bob Del Greco, a defense attorney in Pittsburgh, said.

Georgian investigators are asking for Roethlisberger's DNA, presumably to match some substances taken from the woman at the hospital.

Del Greco says such evidence in conjunction with a head injury could present evidence of a sexual attack.

"Why does she have the bump on the head and theoretically, why do we have your DNA," says Del Greco, "and why did she come to the hospital for this matter, because if it was a consensual matter and she bumped her head, should could have certainly have gone to the hospital and said, 'I bumped my head.'"

Georgian investigators have said they want to interview Roethlisberger in the next few days and are requesting his DNA, but at this point his attorney has not agreed.

But Del Greco says in the meantime, investigators appear to be building a formidable case against Roethlisberger.

"It almost seems to put the onus on the accused or the perpetrator, the defense to tell the prosecutor say why isn't this so and why shouldn't I bring these charges," Del Greco said.

The facebook accounts of her girlfriends have been taken down, with second hand reports that some of the messages might have actually indicated that Ben didn't do what he allegedly did.

I was wrong about the officers being body guards....according to the PG:

Officer Anthony J. Barravecchio and state Trooper Ed Joyner of the Washington barracks accompanied Mr. Roethlisberger to Georgia to celebrate his 28th birthday, Mr. Barravecchio's lawyer, Michael F. Santicola, said today.
Both officers are personal friends of the quarterback's and were with him in that capacity, Mr. Santicola said.
Mr. Santicola said he is friends with Trooper Joyner and has received a phone call from him about the situation, but the two have not yet spoken.
"Then went down together. They were completely sober the night of this occurrence. They're cooperating completely with whatever investigation is ongoing," Mr. Santicola said of the police officers.

So, the officers probably were IN the VIP room, not outside it. And, both officers would have witnessed most of the events of the night.

Her hitting her head does not bode well for her as an argument since she was drinking (underage at that). Ben's lawyer would tear that up in court.

There are several things that standout about this entire thing that Ben's lawyer will have a field day with. I'm not saying Ben was right or wrong in the matter (since I think both he and the chick were wrong IMO in more ways than one) but I know from used to being in LE and dealing with lawyers and court, the more that comes out in this case (so far), the more it does not look in her favor.

The fact that the entire sorority was told to take down their Facebook accounts also does not look good for her either. A good lawyer is going to blast that as someone trying to hide things they don't want to be seen to determine what type of character they have as a person. We were all 20 once and had a good time drinking but a photo says 1000 words. Show some of these photos of young college girls, dressing with their titties and asses hanging out, drinking, and taking stupid pictures and posting them on Facebook and show them to a jury of people likely to be much older than her in average age and it doesn't look well for her again.

Some remnants of Ben's case in Nevada is likely going to be admitted should this ever go to court but that could also backfire on her attorneys since friends of McNulty contradicted her statements 100%.

Regardless, Ben's ass needs to grow up and stay out of bars and other places where he can get jammed up.

Got to TMZ for the updates. Her sorority sisters are all taking down their facebook pages. They probably show this underage girl partying and hanging on guys. That, plus the fact that two cops were part of Ben's entourage (they were sober that night), makes the case lean a lot more towards Ben. If security cameras never show Ben anywhere near the entrance to the girl's bathroom, he is in the clear.

Keep in mind that Ben is paying the bodyguards. Bodyguards for Michael Jackson came out today and said he was banging chick left and right. lol

Unfortunately thats exactly what McNultyu said he did. Started kissing her went straight to the coochie. That seems to be his idea of foreplay. I suspect the same thing happened here, which caused the fall. Actually though if the kiss was consensual and they can prove that then surely she has to expect he may go for a boob or cooch.
