Ben will not be around ANY team mates until the investigation is completed. Anybody that he talks to or is around can potentially be called in as a witness and the last thing you want if this goes to trial is to have half the team receive subpoena's to testify during the season. Not to mention, if I were a prosecutor or civil attorney trying to strike a plea deal the best way to do it is to cause a major disruption to the Steelers as a team and organization.
Victory belongs to those who believe in it the most.
Ben hardly ever goes to OTAs. He shows up for a day or two here and there, but doesn't come around regularly until mini-camp and then stays for most of the remaining days until they are done in June. Besides, who really thought he would be there today? The media was probably camping out there all night waiting. I don't blame him one bit for avoiding that place for right now.
I wouldnt be surprised one bit if the Steelers start looking for a new QB. At least we get to see Dixon get some more work in.
It is really amazing how 100 Million dollars and 2 super bowl rings can turn a 28yr old into a stupid AHole.
He will be playing Paul Crew in the longest yard if any of this is true and frankly good riddance. Im really tired of the Ben drama and soap opera. He has brought the Steeler Nation down lets face it.
Being an [FILTH] doesn't make you a guilty of a criminal offense.
99% of people here would be convicts if that were the case
Lorriepalooza shirts would be awesome.

Roethlisberger met with investigators in Georgia

Steelers star quarterback Ben Roethlisberger flew to Georgia on Saturday to cooperate with an investigation into a recent sexual assault charge filed against him, according to a source with knowledge of the situation. According to the source, Roethlisberger and other associates who were with him the night that the alleged incident took place, spent Saturday answering questions from the Georgia Bureau of Investigations.
Roethlisberger and his lawyer have refuted the sexual assault charges, and the investigation is ongoing. Roethlisberger’s agent, Bruce Tollner, declined to comment about whether or not Roethlisberger was in Georgia over the weekend. Roethlisberger missed the start of the Steelers’ offseason workout program Monday.
At this point there has been no meeting scheduled between Roethlisberger and Commissioner Roger Goodell, according to sources, though Roethlisberger did fly back to Pittsburgh after leaving Georgia to meet with ownership and team officials about the matter.
I heard Ben [FILTH]ed a police woman while at the police station....
The Steelers and SteelerNation have been wronged by Roger. Its time to make the best of a bad situation.
The players and fans need to use this experience to motivate them for this season. Its US against the NFL world.
Lets get it on.
EMSkev: 1)we have a big season coming up on the football field
2) my team is better than your team in shorts in june
3) Caddies help golfers win majors and they never hit a ball
This actually makes me feel a little better...if he is guilty he has nothing to gain by talking to the police.
