I aint no doctor but this sinus rhythm has a missing P wave, so quite possibly an arrhythmia.

Fitting this EKG indicates also bradycardia, a heart rate that is less than 60 beats per minute...normal condition in athletes.

Except for the first vs the Giants, the Bills got blown out in the other 3.

That was an era of NFC domination when the likes of Dallas and San Fran were not only winning SBs but blowing the opponents out.
Buffalo, Denver, San Diego all blown out by the NFC team.
