It's easy to claim it's not an issue since it's not your #1 but it is a problem. There are times you need to spell the #1 and if the team has no faith on when #2 takes the ice it will hurt the regular and especially the post season.

That and Jarry could easily get shelved due to injury or Covid and we'd be in a bad way till he returns.

Great to see a win and I know they are on a streak but I'm not sure the team has improved since Malkin's return. Malkin might get us a top notch backup goalie and a good playoff caliber defenseman.
