Presley best be getting his **** together or he won't be here much longer. He seems to be kind of a "project" to this point.

Harvin seems to have problems frequently.

Yeah, I'm thinking we'll get a new punter next year.

Best spend a 5th, or even a 4th so we can get a combination ILB / punter., never have problems with those kind of guys................................

The kid we should have looked HARD at was the 2-game replacemnt punter from last season. His pinting buisness was "BOOMIn"

EDIT: pinting is suppose to be "PUNTING" but it's to funny to change, pints as in Ale

That's how we started called former LB Bud Dupree "Bud Durpee". Started out as a typo but Durpee was more fitting.

We all thought it was a typo but Coach was the one who committed it to start. He actually went several post(s) / weeks before he figured it out. We here humored him with out telling him the typo thingy..

In the Coach sense he acted like he was fooling us but we all know the real deal.

Thanks for all your great post(s) along the way Ron, i enjoy them and your humor as well.

If he had drafted Harvin in the first round, he would be even better. Maybe never getting hurt, or whatever.

Harvin, reported a hip flexor issue a while after the game. Wasn’t sure which play it occurred but it was in the second half. Precautionary move signing Berry.

Maybe we should keep two punters on the 53 man roster and rotate so they don't get repetitive motion injuries.

All the while Corliss Waitman getting game balls in Denver. When he punted for us he was light years ahead of Harvin. Tomlin and Co can’t see past draft status. That’s why Bush is still here.

That would mean admitting a mistake, never going to happen. Tomlin's ego is massive at this point.

With everything Harvin was dealing with last season, there was no way they would have cut him. We are lucky Berry was out there. Boz wouldn't miss a beat if he needed to hold for him.

Hey now…..Coach could even punt in Denver it’s so high! Besides most of the league ST coaches scheme placement and coverage rather than distance. Placement well inside the 20, or having a hang time > 4.5 seconds is what they are preaching skill wise. Oh, yeah and that Rugby sidespin action. That’s becoming more and more common.

Kinda redundant talking about punters but Harvin has one of the longest avg hang times in the league, and the coverage unit has been predominantly solid.

Dan Sepulveda 2.0

Didn't we take him in the 4th ? Also wasn't it said he was a LB with a punter's brain ? His down-field hits are what finally injured him enough to put him out of the league.

Nope Drink. His knee on his plant leg ended his career. He even Joked at one time if they could just replace it with a peg leg he would be just fine Punting that way.
