    NFL draft thread

I can feel it coming in the air tonighttt. Ryan Clark is on ESPN sporting Bush’s draft look. I think he might have stole it out of his closet. In other news Coolie just came out of the closet. News @ 8.

    What would thrill/depress you tonight?

The rumor per Rap is the Steelers are working the phones for a potential trade up. So you might end up being right. 😅

    What would thrill/depress you tonight?

I thought the board was pretty happy last year with the Broderick pick.

I hope Steelers don’t trade first round pick.

I just want to know why Berm is bribing this kid to do his biddings. https://x.com/BobbyshabJr/status/1783312044818587976 😄

Steelers Are "Team To Watch" On Big Play Receiver Courtland Sutton

Because DJ was struggling in the red zone and wasn’t the model citizen. The targeted mentions were more productive in this manner. Steelers need TDs over field goals. You can’t move forward standing still.

Steelers Clear An Additional 7 Million In Cap Space Hours Before NFL Draft

I hope Steelers don’t trade first round pick.

I sort of agree with you. But I will say you don’t move forward standing still. The team needs to find a way to shore up their WRs, RT and C. While adding to their cornerbacks.

    Cowherd

You know for sure? It wouldn’t shock me if they took one in 1. I just think it will be T or C but I wouldn’t rule it out as a possibility.

Isn’t this one last years? Liked it though!

Steelers Clear An Additional 7 Million In Cap Space Hours Before NFL Draft

I knew he was one of the options and glad they did it. Hopefully another move accompanies it like say getting a veteran player some way. 😁

Steelers Are "Team To Watch" On Big Play Receiver Courtland Sutton

Will be interesting if they pull the trigger on a veteran WR.

    Steelers First-Round Big Board

I like Daniels more than Maye but that is just preference over where I think he will be drafted. I like your bigboard overall but would move Turner up and JPJ down out of the top 20. Will try to revisit this list later.

You are debating aging vs a position that doesn’t have a second and third option. They cleared the pantry. I get the aging is a concern but they brought in a vet and resigned a NT. A QB can’t throw to himself. They need multiple players.

If the Steelers trade up or down or stand pat they will draft in 1? Go on record in who you like..

I think he would be on the radar if a C isn’t picked in 1. I think Frazier goes in 2.

If the Steelers trade up or down or stand pat they will draft in 1? Go on record in who you like..

So this is sort of like a prediction round 1 scenario you say who they would pick in 1 if: They stand pat at 20: T Amarius Mims -if still on the board I don’t see how he isn’t BPA of needs. If they trade up: WR Rome Odunze - I think there is plenty of value RTs and a C approach that can be...

    Questions for the Draft

I think Tomlin retiring will come first but would welcome the SB if it was in my lifetime. Both would be big media events not sure which one would weigh more on a weight scale.

    2024 draft simulator.

Other than Pickens we have a barn (that we didn’t paint with a broad brush) full of not good enough. Their character question marks seem non existent but we can say that about their play on the field too. I was referencing DJ that was just shipped off. Plenty of problems before him too. They...

Pickens a no show at Russ' throwing drills

Each and every HC should get credit for highs and lows of their team. With Tomlin it is always he does a good job until the chips are on the line and he is faced with a HC that knows his X and Os better in comparison. So all those impressive winning seasons Mike gets full credit. For all those...
