So the question is will the Philly fan Governor help out Pittsburgh? Bwahahahaha... reason #1 in the “we should split the state in two” argument is that what’s best for western Pa gets put behind whats best for the philly area...

The entire country is headed in that direction, splitting in two that is.

The Steelers have tickets sold and are fully prepared to host fans for the playoffs. We just need Wolf to give the go ahead. I hope he does. There was no reason we shouldn't have been able to go in December.

No way will there be 20,000 fans. You'll be lucky to get 10,000.

I know my daughter's school was originally jan 4th, but now it is jan 25th. Doesn't make sense to open stuff up right after new years if they are worried about surges.

It's all arbitrary. They were worried about surges from gatherings and yet the restrictions end a few days after one of the biggest gathering nights of the year.

PA just follows whatever NY governor does. They announced that Buffalo will allow 6,700 fans for playoffs. I suspect the same will be done in PA. I really want to goto the game..

Didn't the Pittsburgh area and Philly area vote for Biden and the Dems? The rest of PA went RED.

yeah, I think after the 4th it's up to each district, up here in Mercer county, crawford county and erie county, they have the basketball schedules out already.

Very excited for this! Though, it makes you wonder why fans were allowed in October, November, and January, but not in September or December.

Wolf: I choose to allow 7,000 fans to attend the first playoff game in Pittsburgh. I chose this completely arbitrary number because their quarterback wears 7 and I am in complete charge, bow down and pay homage.

Maybe. Possibly. Along with 90% of the other post people have made in this thread. No?

So it sounds like there won’t be fans allowed at games. Unless they are going to announce it a couple days before the game which gives nobody any time to plan anything... I guess that’s possible.
