Dang. Hope he’s doing ok. Making a decision to drink and drive at his age, he should know better. We all make mistakes, but choose the decision that lessens a negative impact on you and your peers

It's not just the shame to you but also to the big picture of who you represent. These guys are / should be held to a higher degree and that is part of being a star football player at one time. That follows you for a lifetime.

I wish him the best and thank GOD no one was hurt.

I know that it isn't a funny situation but I chuckled @ when the officer asked him how much he had to drink he replied, "a lot". Wonder if his wife was intoxicated too as she was in the vehicle.

3 times the legal limit is pretty smashed to drive a car. I think just walking would be a challenge for me.

3x the legal limit (or .235%) is getting close to loss of consciousness territory. Wow, not good at all. And how people, especially with money, don't simply call Uber/Lyft or a Taxi (particularly at that point of intoxication) is beyond me. He's really lucky it was only a parked vehicle he hit, unlike Ruggs. And just a week before his induction, SMDH.

As it was for him, according to the brief details released from the police report.

Wow, I met him once and he seemed like a cool guy, hope he gets himself straightened out.
He is very available to the fan base. I have seen him involved with two different organizations myself, and bet he is involved with any others who ask. Great guy. Beautiful wife. He loves the fans.

Cops could literally camp outside of every bar in the country and overwhelm the prison system with arrests. Hell, you only need like two drinks to be over the limit..
