Well, well, well… The rumors are true! The Pittsburgh Steelers met with free agent safety, Malik Hooker yesterday in Pittsburgh.

Former #Colts first-round safety Malik Hooker spent yesterday visiting the #Steelers, source said. He has also visited the #Dolphins and the #Cowboys this offseason.

Like Litos says, injuries have been an issue. I suppose if not too expensive give it a shot. We really need a corner though more.

It would be good to get Hooker into the room..

A Hooker and a Bush could go together well, maybe a little trim might be needed.....................

Tombert loves those 1st round talents that they couldn't get a shot at in the draft.

Is he slot capable? Like I don't think Edmunds is anything great, but I consider him a starter that doesn't need to be replaced at this point.

Maybe pay him the minimum and see how he does if not injured.

When they pay him- do they leave the money on the night stand? Do they call him a cab when finished?

That sounds like the PROPER thing to do.

Getting back to topic at hand......

Hooker hasn't been retained yet that I know of. He met with STEELERS but nothing signed as of yet.

I would rather spend money on getting Nelson back. I know bridge burnt, ship has sailed........ but it still makes since for both sides

I totally agree with this train of thought. I'd like to think either or both sides have started the conversation and are just waiting at this point. I'd "open" arm NELSON in a heart beat.
