So many convinced themselves that Munchak went out there to get away from Tomlin.

What if he truly went out there to be near his daughter and grandkids?

And, as we all know, he is a heck of a OL coach. Why would Hackett not keep him on staff?

Well considering his last year here the OC was Fichtner that would be enough to make someone leave. Before that was Haley with all the drama between the OC and Ben. Wouldn't surprise me if he did want to get away from this ship of fools! Of course he said daughter and grandkids. And while that may be true, partially true or whatever, Most people are not gonna just come out ands say I'm leaving cause this place is a junior high drama magnet!

Munch was competent. That’s something Tomlin will not stand for!

Chris Morgan might be that diamond in the rough of young offensive line coaches right now. Yes, he is young and yes he was moved up the ranks. The guy does have a solid NFL resume. He is from the Kyle Shanahan tree as well. Scheme and technique wise- he is a fit for the Canada system if he is still the coordinator.
Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t mind seeing Munchak back. But I think Morgan will be fine.

And to clarify, I do not think it is directly Tomlin. He moved to Burgh once and for his reasons he left, I can't see him moving yet again. If not retained, I could see a retirement to be full time dad and grandfather. I do feel he would be a threat to Tomlin and as before not a yes man, but also food for thought, does his coaching style/scheme fit Canada?

But what if it is true? You acknowledge it very well may be. Then all of the rest is just bullshit speculation.

Sometimes believing the actual truth, just won’t fit a person’s narrative…when Mike left, it was all about family, nothing else. He and his wife wanted to be close to his daughters and grandkids.

The Broncos have Mike Munchak’s daughter to thank for influencing her dad’s decision to move to Denver.

The Broncos’ new offensive line coach told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on Tuesday that “it was a family decision all the way” in his decision to leave Pittsburgh and join Denver’s coaching staff. Munchak’s daughter Alex and her husband live in the Mile High City, and last March she gave birth to a daughter, Emilia.

“When this opportunity came up to work in a city with my daughter, her husband, my granddaughter and my other daughter not far away in L.A., that’s what we wanted,” Munchak said in the interview.

He added: “This was all about family from the beginning. If my daughter lived here, I wouldn’t have taken any head coaching interviews.”

Ike, that was written in a newspaper article. The media. You know that for some folks, anything written in the media has been manipulated to fit some vague socialist agenda that doesn't fit into American values like hard work, doing for yourself and thinking of family .... Uh-Oh.

Well, even if the media got it right this time, Munchak was just saying that stuff in the media to save face .. I mean, it's not like Munch is the type of man who wouldn't sugar coat anything .. Uh-Oh

****! Tomlin sucks! It's all his fault.

Lol….I know media and their clicks. I was referring to Munchak’s quoted remarks. His decision not to renew his contract was for family and nothing else.
