Usually, they are really quick about it; and they fill the PS with guys they had in camp. Maybe Khan is taking the different approach of trying to sign a few guys they've scouted from other teams.

More than likely they are weighing multiple offers… Tyler Vaughn was the second highest rated wr in the preseason… he probably has a dozen offers… here he is 8th on the depth chart… Mondeaux also would be 8th, and teams love a dl with pass rush abilities..

Different rules for veteran additions? I am not sure. Are all of them added so far normally practice squad eligible?

So like Olinemen and Ilbs should be clamoring to sign here, but Dl and Wrs and Qbs and Tes… they might be looking for a better opportunity somewhere else
