Toughest LB.......Harrison might not be a popular #1 choice, but as crazy as Lambert was I think Harrison would scare the **** out of me!

Lambert - the baddest man on the planet pound for pound.
Harrison- I put aside my dislike for his actions for this list as on the field few were tougher. His workout videos were legendary and so where those choke holds opposing offensive tackles had to use to keep him from dominating.
Lloyd- They didn't hire him for his disposition.
Andy Russell- The forgotten one who shouldn't well be forgotten.
Kevin Greene- He had a knack for getting to the QB, one tough S O B.

NOT a single "bad" lists here.................

I'm a defense person here but appreciate offense. With rules changes yopu've taken so much away from the GAME of football. There is no special teams and the "D" plays one handed, but not neccessarily like Coach plays one handed...................

You've got the list pretty much covered guys, but guys on the outside I'd like to mention are Levon Kirkland and even Earl Holmes of recent days. James Farrior, despite his weight, was one of the tougher linebackers of recent memory.

Hell, TJ Watt and Bud Dupree even have a few highlight violent shots.

Wasn't there a story about Jack lambert when the team was at training camp and they were going around having the players introduce themselves and Jack jumped up on a table and said he was Jack Lambert from Kent state and if anyone had a problem with that he'd take E'M up on that.........

EDIT: As a rookie

I think Kirkland is very underrated that man was a monster at ILBer.

I remember the first time I saw Kirkland live in uniform and the thought of that mountain coming at any human full speed would cause multiple bone fractures. Huge Andy Russell fan too.
