Lazy flick of the wrist. Had a clear pocket. That's on Ben.
I believe you have clearly made a case that everything in on Ben. The game, the holocaust, the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs. We get it. You think he should be shot in the back of the head and dumped out of the plane at cruising altitude.

agree. I pointed that out in a post. Also, if Ben just hits ONE of his terribly thrown passes to JuJu in the first half, PIT can be winning the game.

This game is on Ben. The team can overcome ALL of the other stuff if the QB can simply hit a routine pass. --Or 2 passes.

I'm sure Ben will make that quite clear. Again.

Our defense blew chunks today.
Well, it wasnt the best performance. But then again they were facing a true legitimate Hall of Fame QB who can still hit his receivers. We were never going to shut them out.

The bad offsides call also hurt as well. He simply was not offsides. Haden started moving when the ball started moving in the center's hands.

But even with the bad defensive performance, the game could have been won or at least been much much closer if the QB can make routine throws

the balls were not thrown well, but if JuJu gave the effort a typical #1 receiver gives they are at least receptions Hell Washington may have been able to pull them in
Ward would have 100-% dove for those catches. Juju is too worried about tiki tokki

Not at all. When he does things well, I'll compliment him. When he does things poorly, I don't believe it should be overlooked. A lot of the plays Ben has made (well, hasn't made), if it was Rudolph/Haskins folks would be screaming. A HOF QB who has been a winner for this team for a couple of decades, but is clearly on the last legs of his career, should get some leeway. But ... how much?

I get tired of hearing it as well. He is just trying to say it first so if anyone blames him, he can say, "yeah, I said it was on me." Honestly I think the previous couple of games, it wasnt all Ben's fault. No one was going to be successful with the OLine being so bad, but they did better today and Ben did NOT

I truly hope he goes home and just says "**** it". Then you guys can ***** for a couple years about how he "gave up" on the team.

He isn't the whole problem, but he is a part of it. I think there is no denying that at this point.

Offense sucks, relax you'll get your backup qb carousel soon enough. Stop being so anxious to swim with the carp. I doubt the Rooneys are going to pay Ben that much money to sit on the bench this year. Probably after all is lost.

This team has zero fire. None. Trot out same garabge offense as last year after teasing about a power running game.

I'd rather have a complete coaching change and start fresh. Twelve years of mediocrity has run its course.

It ain't getting better.

I don't deny that at all. I think he did miss at least one of those throws. (I think JuJu could have gotten the 1st one. In fact, I believe if that's Washington he DOES get it. I'm not as unhappy about the missed throws as some of the reads.

What annoys me is this fan base's amazing talent to just throw away the accomplishments of a player the moment they start failing to put up all pro numbers.
