NFLNetworks Aditi Kinkhabwala has been camped outside the Steelers Southside facility all morning waiting on the arrival of Le'Veon Bell. He finally showed up moments ago.
Expectation is that Bell is there to sign his 12.1 million dollar franchise tag offer. He announced on Twitter last week that he would show up on September 1st.
