Lev Bell hasn't been seen on the practice field for the Steelers, but he posted a video of himself playing basketball to his Twitter account. Bell had offseason surgery to repair a groin injury that he suffered in the playoffs. He missed most of the Steelers AFC Championship game loss to the New England Patriots. Bell was given the franchise tag by the Steelers in March and has until July 17th to sign his offer sheet.
