Tight End Phazahn Odom, and Defensive End Christian Brown have been released today.
Odom offered potential with his 6'8 frame making the switch from basketball to football, but wasn't able to make a big enough impression during practice to get much playing time during the first three preseason games. He finished with 1 catch for 10 yards.
Brown signed with the Steelers as an undrafted free agent out of West Virginia. He didn't record a tackle during the preseason.
