Coming off their third consecutive loss, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger called for a players-only meeting:
Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger says he called a players-only meeting, because it's a good time of the season for veterans to talk to young guys, not necessarily because of this 3-game skid.

"I'm sure this whole thing now is gonna blow up. Steelers had a 'players-only' meeting."
Roethlisberger stated this was done so the veteran players can speak to the younger guys, and get them prepared for these final two games and the post season. The Steelers have already clinched a playoff spot, so they are at least guaranteed a shot at winning the whole thing. However, if they play the way they have over these last four games, in which they are 1-3, it could be a short stint in the post season.
Hopefully, this meeting was constructive and can help the team look to get back to where they were just a few weeks ago, and get them ready to make a run.
