Gerry Dulac from the Pittsburgh Post Gazette is reporting that the Steelers could decide to end the Antonio Brown to Oakland deal before it ever happens.
Steelers source emphasizes AB trade is agreement only and “it’s never over till it’s over.”

The Steelers and Raiders can't file the paperwork to make this deal happen until March 13 when the new league "year" starts. So technically the Steelers could decide they aren't going to let Brown control the situation like he has, or they could do nothing and just complete the deal.
Aditi Kinkhabwala jumped on board with Dulac also.
I was told exactly the same thing by a member of the #Steelers organization this am. I don’t believe it’s the same person who told Gerry that and that makes it all the more interesting... https://t.co/LFYA20qWW9

While it would be highly comical to see the Steelers stop the trade, it seems highly unlikely that it would happen.
