Four Steelers Elected All-Pro

The Associated Press released their 2017 All-Pro team today, and four very deserving Steelers made the list. Unlike other lists, the AP only lists one player per position based on a basic starting offense, and defense. There isn't any back-ups listed.

Antonio Brown received all 50 votes and was the only unanimous selection. Along with Brown, other Steelers included David Decastro, Le'Veon Bell, and Cameron Heyward.

Even with Brown missing the last two games due to a calf injury he still led the league in receiving with 1522 yards.

Heyward's selection has to be the most satisfying to fans, and players alike as he wasn't voted to the 2017 Pro Bowl team. Heyward had a monster year with 12 sacks while playing mostly as an interior lineman. No Steelers lineman has had that many sacks since Keith Willis had 12 in 1986.

Bell capped off a terrific year that seen him break the franchise record for rushing attempts, and finish third in rushing yards. He also had a combined 11 touchdowns, and finished the regular season as the AFC Offensive Player of the month.
