According to a report by Tom Pelissero, the Pittsburgh Steelers will be adding some kicking competition for long time kicker, Chris Boswell. The team is expected to sign second year kicker, Sam Sloman.

Boswell bounced back from a horrendous 2019 campaign to convert on 19 of 20 field goal tries in 2020.
Sloman spent time last year in Los Angeles with the Rams where he converted 11 of 13 field goals before being released. He was signed by Tennessee and was 2 of 2 before being released there.
Sloman wasn’t released due to performance, but due to the starting kicker being healthy in both cities.
