This news comes on the tail of Steelers President Art Rooney II saying yesterday on Steeler Nation Radio that he hoped to have 20% of Heinz Field filled for the Steelers week 5 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles.
While it's not yet known if the Governor and Health Department will budge on their restrictions, but it's a good sign to see the team likely pushing towards allowing fans.
Earlier in the year the team announced several additions to Heinz Field to make it safer for fans including cashless payments for food and beverage, and hand sanitizer stations added throughout the stadium.
