The Pittsburgh Steelers lost starting rookie receiver Diontae Johnson for the game last night after he took a helmet to helmet hit. The hit was given by Cleveland Browns safety, Damarious Randall and he was ejected for the hit.

It was a scary moment while Johnson laid on the turf in Cleveland. He was eventually helped off the field, but was seen bleeding from his ear. Steelers head coach, Mike Tomlin had no update following the game, but Johnson took to Twitter to thank fans for their support.
