With off-season team activities about to commence Chris Boswell put ink on paper and signed his second round tender offer. The Pro Bowl kicker announced the signing via Instagram.
Steelers GM Kevin Colbert has expressed interest in signing Boswell to a long-term deal this off-season. He stated at the owners meetings recently that they have more pressing issues at the moment with free agency and the draft approaching, but they would get back to Boswell and contract negotiations with Le'Veon Bell as the summer progresses.
Boswell made his first Pro Bowl last season.
