Last week against the Tennessee Titans, Robert Spillane met Derek Henry in the hole on the goal line and stuffed him. It was the epitome of a text book tackle. Spillane missed a few plays and the Titans eventually scored after a penalty gave them a new set of downs.
Titans ended up scoring later in the drive but a grown man hit by Robert Spillane on Derrick Henry. That's some old-school, Steelers' LB stuff. #Steelers pic.twitter.com/HNs4kN4gI4

But back to that clean as could be hit by Spillane... the NFL fined Spillane $4,000 for his hit as first reported by Dale Lolley. WHAT? How is that possible!?
That hit was textbook and very clean. That's absurd to me. Spillane makes just under $40,000 per week, and the NFL fined him 10% of that for that such hit. That's ridiculous. The No Fun League strikes again.
