On Monday the Steelers hosted former Miami Dolphins safety, Michael Thomas.
Thomas was mostly known for his special teams skills while with the Dolphins. He recorded 46 tackles on special teams over the past four seasons.
In his only playoff start he intercepted Ben Roethlisberger in the 2017 Wild Card game at Heinz Field.
In his career he has started 25 games for the Dolphins including 13 in 2015, but only 2 last season. In the regular season he has 6 career pass break ups, and 1 interception.
Thomas left Pittsburgh without a contract.
