The Steelers made a minor roster move on Tuesday. They've added former Pitt RB Darrin Hall to their practice squad while releasing tight end Kevin Rader.
Hall originally signed with the Cleveland Browns after the draft as an undrafted free agent. The Browns released him and he was claimed on waivers by the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals waived Hall just before training camp, and he was again claimed by the Packers. He was released by the Packers at the end of the preseason.
Rader was signed to the practice squad following a preseason with the Steelers. He went to high school at Pine Richland.
