Mason Rudolph got the start for the Steelers tonight, but the big stage looked to be a bit much for him at first as his first throw turned into a pick six for Green Bay. Veteran cornerback Tramon Williams read a pass intended for Darrius Heyward-Bey, and jogged into the end-zone easily. Packers off to an early lead, 7 to 0.

When Aaron Rodgers got his opportunity, he did not waste any time as he connected with Davante Adams for a long gain of 27 yards. Rodgers then hit his newest offensive weapon, Jimmy Graham for an 8-yard touchdown. Packers now lead 14 to 0.
The next Steelers possession was all James Conner, running with ease against Green Bay's defense and ultimately finishing the drive with an unstoppable 26-yard touchdown run. We all know Conner can definitely run the ball effectively, but this play was incredible.

Rookie Terrell Edmunds made his presence known early on, forcing Ty Montgomery to cough up the ball on a kick return, and Edmunds also recovered his forced fumble. The rookie exhibiting great awareness on special teams.
