Best known for his lead blocking for Hall of Fame running back, Jerome "The Bus" Bettis, former Pittsburgh Steelers fullback, Tim Lester has sadly passed away at the age of 52.
Nicknamed the "Bus Driver," Lester spent four seasons in Pittsburgh (1995-1998) and was originally drafted in 1992 by the Los Angeles Rams after attending Eastern Kentucky. Lester ended his pro career with the Dallas Cowboys in 1999 finishing with 126 yards rushing, two rushing touchdowns, 47 receptions, 331 receiving yards, and eight receiving touchdowns. Lester was also a member of the Super Bowl XXX Steelers team.
