Banner of course won the starting right tackle spot out of camp in 2020, but tore his ACL in the first game of the season. Setbacks in his recovery during training camp last year kept Banner out for the majority of the first half of the season. Banner would never regain any playing time in 2021, and now is a salary cap casualty.
