Probably the Pittsburgh Steelers' most underrated player, Mike Hilton has been everywhere on defense this season. Coming off one of his best games of 2020 on Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts, Hilton recorded 2 tackles, a fumble recovery, and a game-saving interception!
Hilton took to the media on Sunday after the win and was asked about his performance and the team's current confidence:
"We haven't lost confidence. We know what type of team we're capable of being when we play well in all three phases. We show what we can do. We know as a team, we all work as one and we can succeed." Hilton continued. "Guys are still confident. Guys are still locked in. Those three losses weren't the end of the road, so nobody was stressing. We just knew we had to refocus up, and we did that with a win today, and we're the AFC North Champs."
The Steelers will face the division rival, Cleveland Browns in Week 17. With the division title and a playoff spot locked up, it's likely the Steelers will sit a lot of the starters to prepare for the playoffs. Let's hope this team can continue to keep the confidence high and make a deep run come January!
More to come.
