Friday, the Pittsburgh Steelers and head coach, Mike Tomlin were fined $75,000 and $25,000 respectively for violating the NFL injury report policy per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. This was due to an inaccurate practice report of QB Ben Roethlisberger in Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks.
