Welcome to 2019 Steelers fans. We're starting right where we left off on Monday. Today news is breaking that Antonio Brown has now requested to be traded. This comes on the heels of him being suspended/benched for Sunday's season finale against Cincinnati.
Antonio Brown has requested a trade. Im told it was not a demand but he has asked to be dealt. Very unlikely Rooney would capitulate. Brown has issues with Mike Tomlin and Ben Roethlisberger. Feels like the coach is too aligned with the QB.

Brown apparently became upset at practice on Tuesday over a decision to replace him on a play during a walk thru. Reports indicated that he threw a football at the feet of Ben Roethlisberger and walked out.
While speaking on his radio show on 93.7 the fan, Roethlisberger said he spoke to Brown on Thursday and that the receiver and his QB we're good. He also discredited the report of a blow up and said if that happened he didn't see it.
It's hard to determine if the Steelers would entertain the thought of trading Brown. They would be left with a huge hole even with JuJu Smith-Schuster emerging as a budding star. The chances the Steelers could get fair value for Brown also is unclear. For starters what exactly is a reasonable return for the best receiver in football?
For the Steelers said they need to hope that calmer heads prevail and the organization, team, and player can get back on the right page.
