I joined the Steeler Nation messages board in 1999 when I was just a 12 year old kid. The site had just been created as a spin off of the message board. Those were the times of Kordell apologists, and “fire Cowher” threads.

I quickly became a regular and was submerged in the message board for 24/7 Steelers news. Message boards were the Twitter and Facebook of the internet before Twitter and Facebook came around.

I’ve been a die-hard Steelers fan from as far back as I can remember. When I was six years old, I cried when Yancey Thigpen dropped what would’ve been the game winning, and home field clinching pass against the Packers in Green Bay. I’d again cry when the Steelers lost to the Cowboys in Super Bowl XXX. Rough times until Roethlisberger and Bettis gave us one for the thumb.

I’m a Steelers fan first, and a human being second. BLEED black and gold. I love everything #SteelerNation and I’ve been with this staff since February 2018. I now reside in sunny San Diego, CA, but that doesn’t stop me from going to at LEAST 3-4 Steeler games a season. I graduated from Old Dominion University in 2010, and if I’m not watching a Steelers game, you can catch me at the beach, stuffing my face with Golden Oreos, in front of a Marvel movie, or on the basketball court. I report breaking news and I’m also the website manager here. Follow me on Instagram @bwall_24! And if you need a new website for your business or personal brand, hit me up! I’m a web designer too! I live in Maryland with my wife, daughter and cat, and I root loudly and passionately for my Steelers. On game days, you may see me in the crowd dressed in my Sunday best to root the Steelers onto victory.
