PITTSBURGH, PA - Wednesday, the Pittsburgh Steelers kicked off the 2019 Free Agency campaign by signing wide receiver Donte Moncrief to a 2-year deal. Moncrief was formally with the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Indianapolis Colts.
