Yesterday was a big day in the NFL as teams were required to cut their rosters down to 53. Today is the start of the madness where teams will continue to shuffle their rosters after reviewing what the rest of the league did.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have wasted no time in that regard, bringing back two familiar faces in Quarterback Josh Dobbs (formerly of the Jacksonville Jaguars) and Safety Sean Davis (formerly of the Washington Football Team). Dobbs was drafted in the 4th round in 2017 by the Steelers but last season was traded right before the season began to the Jaguars for a 5th round pick. Davis, a 2nd round selection in 2016, was a free agent this offseason who signed with Washington but the signing did not pan out as he was released on Friday.

The Steelers in return are going to release Quarterback Devlin Hodges. The subsequent move to accommodate for the Davis signing is TBA.
