The Pittsburgh Steelers are 9-0. Repeat that to yourself. The Steelers are 9.and.0. Enjoy this one Steeler Nation, this doesn't come around often.
The offense wasn't perfect in this one, but it was definitely humming at points and getting the ball down the field. Ben Roethlisberger gave us a vintage performance, boasting a 333 yard and 4 touchdown stat line. The receiving trio of Diontae Johnson, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Chase Claypool combined for 249 of those yards, and all four touchdowns. Roethlisberger hit seven different receivers. Just a solid showing all around.

The defense is the real story though. After last weeks hiccup against the Dallas Cowboys, the defense settled in and made life uncomfortable for Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals. They held them to 10 points, forced two turnovers, and sacked Burrow four times. Cameron Sutton forced a fumble in three straight games, two of them being recovered. One last week, and one this week.
The defense also kept their streak of a game with at least one sack alive, and have now had a sack in 66 straight games, the second longest active streak in NFL history.
The defense continues to lead the NFL in sacks with 36 on the season. TJ Watt now has nine sacks on the year with his two-sack day against the Bengals, good enough for second in the league. Bud Dupree now has seven, landing him at eighth in the league.
The team has been rolling, and have won in multiple different fashions. They've shown their grit and their will to get the job done.
Following their 36-10 victory, they will travel to Florida next week to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars, and look to add another one in the win column and remain undefeated.
