According to ESPN, Mike Tomlin is targeting Arizona receivers coach Darryl Drake to replace the recently retired Richard Mann.
Drake has been an NFL assistant for 14 years, all of them being as a receivers coach. He spent 9 seasons in Chicago before moving on to Arizona in 2013.
Larry Fitzgerald has continued to flourish under Drake's guidance, even with all the injuries the Cardinals have had at quarterback.
Drake coached former receiver Hines Ward at the University of Georgia and is a big proponent of receivers blocking. Something that is essential for any Steelers wide receiver.
Pro Football Focus named Drake their wide receiver coach of the year in 2016. Sports Illistrated also named him to their ultimate coaching staff last season.
