The NFL schedule dropped last week during a prime time event on ESPN and NFL Network with plenty of hype to take your mind off the pandemic. The schedule release also meant that Vegas could fire up and release the odds. Take a look into this list of online sportsbooks and see which one offers the best value right now because each site will be a little different. We're almost four months away from the start of the season so invest some time into it because there isn't really anything else to do at the moment.
The Pittsburgh Steelers will open the season with the New York Giants at Met Life stadium in New Jersey. This is a return trip to the Meadowlands after losing to the Giants AFC counterpart, the Jets during week 16 of last season.
The Steelers head into the game being favored by four points. That shouldn't come as a surprise considering the Giants have a new head coach and a second-year QB coming off an up and down season.
The Steelers are hopeful that quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will be 'better than ever' and if he does indeed make a full recovery, the Steelers should be an AFC powerhouse. Roethlisberger comes back after missing most of last season to a defense that should hold opposing teams to minimal points. That's something he hasn't had since their last trip to the Super Bowl in 2010.
