With the 135th overall pick in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers selected offensive guard, Kevin Dotson from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Since Dotson has entered the league, he has more than exceeded expectations. He was well known for his extraordinary run-blocking in college, but Pro Football Focus had Dotson as the highest pass-blocking interior lineman in the league in the first eight weeks of this season! And since Dotson's mid-season shoulder injury, he's picked up right where he left off.

When speaking to the media on Thursday, Dotson expressed how he felt he belonged in the NFL -- especially after his Week 16 performance against Indianapolis Colts' DT and former Pro Bowler, DeForest Buckner.
"I feel like I belong now. In the games that I've played, I feel like I'm on the level. Before I got drafted, I kind of had more of a mindset of, I didn't know how the NFL was going to be. But once I got my first snaps in an NFL game, it kind of solidified it in my mind, and now I can work on top of that. Once you have that confidence, now you can build up. Now I want to be better than that. I want to be on another level to where other people look up to me. I want to be the All-Pro, I want to be the legend, I want to be known years down the road."
With Dotson in the starting lineup this season, the Steelers are 3-0! Could we possibly see a permanent change in the offensive lineup soon?
"If it does happen, I'll be happy." - Kevin Dotson.
